The Arizona Miner Prescott, Arizona Territory January 29th, 1870 Local Intelligence. PERSONAL ETC of this place, and Mrs . C.C. Bean Mr . accompanied Captain E. D. Baker and wife as far as Camp Toll Gate, returned home Sunday afternoon last. Lieutenant O. B. Boyd, wife and heir of Camp Date Creek have been visiting their friends at Camp Toll Gate, Fort Whipple and Prescott.

The Arizona Miner Prescott, Arizona Territory January 8th, 1870 Local Intelligence. Lieutenant O. B. From Camp Date Creek. — and Willard Rice, post Boyd, U.S.A. , guide arrived at Fort Whipple Tuesday last, from Camp Date Creek. They say the weather, down in their country, has been very pleasant. Col . O ' Beirne, commander of the post, had gone to Camp McDowell , Captain McCleave commands during his absence. No Indians had been seen in the vicinity of the post for a long time past .
