Notice is hereby given to the creditors and all persons having claims against the estate of Philip Dwyer, deceased, to present the same to the undersigned Administrator, at Camp Date Creek, County of Yavapai, Territory of Arizona, or at the office of the Probate Judge, in the town of Prescott, within one year from the first publication of this notice, or the same will be forever barred; and all persons indebted to said estate are hereby requested to make immediate payment.
