The Arizona Miner Prescott, Arizona Territory April 13th, 1872 Date Creek. Wm. Gilson, who arrived here recently, informs us that Irataba and his braves had also visited Camp Date Creek, and that they were going to visit the Pimas, Maricopas and, perhaps Camp McDowell. When asked if he did not fear to travel through the Apache Country, Irataba said, “Yes, a little, “but the Apaches know Irataba an his warriors can fight!”
