WILLIAM CULLUMBER has sold his ranch in
Kirkland Valley, and settled upon the old
Martinez ranch, near Camp Date Creek ,
which he is now improving. He has already
commenced building a fine house upon it ,
and intends to make of it a beautiful
place, where tired travelers can stop ,
rest themselves and have their wants
suppl led.
