Our San Francisco dispatch states that
the ship Sea Serpent has arrived in
ninety—nine days from New York , the
quickest trip that has been made within
two years . Arrangements are being made
to commence work, with a full force, on
the Russo—American telegraph in May -
Later advises from Arizona state that a
war of extermination is being waged
against the incorrigible Apaches
